Every single activity in Taiwan involved food for me. After eating, I’d get food, and then get more food. There was never a hungry moment for me in Taiwan.

Saw a Taiwanese movie in Mandarin. It was a romantic comedy and was pretty good.

Obamama Restaurant – My people are so funny

Met up with a classmate I had in Singapore 11 years ago at the time (2004). He took me on his motorcycle to a restaurant he worked at that had the most fantastic vantage point of the city. We had dinner and shared a conversation before making our way down to the city.

Fried quail eggs on a skewer

Condensed milk covered strawberry shaved ice

Fried milk – Best thing ever. Consistency like butter, and slightly sweet. I’ve tried some here in Los Angeles, and they were awful. Only in Taiwan.
